    A craptacular run of events saw us front the Westernationals with a new motor with a different fuel set up and not one full power pass on it! Boxing Day - Nitro Funny Cars

Knocked Out at 8pm!

Special thanks to Cindy for assisting with backing the car up on the start line!

3.15pm - 6.327 @ 192mph. Doug pulled the chutes a little early on our first pass but the 6.327 was still enough to earn us top qualifier at 0.623 under our index.

6pm - ET 7.884 @ 111 mph Solo. The car got loose very early in the pass and Doug elected to get off it and coast across the line.

8pm - ET 8.753(DQ) Index 6.95 versus Anthony Begley. Doug cut a great light at 0.051 to Begley's Red light for the win but the car got loose again further down the track and crossed centreline handing the win back. Our night was over so back to the truck for a BBQ and head home. 

This effort gave us enough points to jump to the top of the pointscore with 310 points!
